Meadow Brook Homes is a custom residential construction company founded in 1987, proudly owned and operated by Eric and Susan Trapp. Eric brings decades of homebuilding experience to each project, while Susan is deeply involved in every step — from helping clients find the right lot to assisting with interior design.

Eric and Susan's son, Mitchel Trapp, now works alongside his father, continuing the family tradition of quality craftsmanship and personal service — a legacy that began with Eric's father, Melvin, a carpenter with over 50 years in the trade.
